Luc Pelkmans

Luc Pelkmans is Technical Coordinator of the IEA Bioenergy Technology Collaboration Programme since 2016. He is also manager of the consultancy firm CAPREA Sustainable Solutions. Luc graduated as MSc in Mechanical Engineering in 1994 and worked for VITO – a Belgian research institute – from 1996 until 2017 as project manager on the topics of alternative transport fuels and drivetrains, biofuels, bioenergy and biobased economy.
